Summer AAU Registration

PALISADES ELITE SUMMER AAU BASKETBALL TRAINING

Train with experienced coaches, skilled trainers, and elite varsity athletes this summer at Palisades Elite! Our summer development program is designed to help boys and girls from Kindergarten through 9th Grade improve their basketball fundamentals, confidence, athleticism, and game IQ in a competitive but positive environment.

Our training staff includes:

• Shayne Martinez

• Matt Cajou

• Gabby Cajou

• Along with several elite varsity-level athletes helping mentor and develop players throughout the program.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

• Open to Boys & Girls — Kindergarten through 9th Grade

• Training sessions offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings

• Players will be grouped primarily by age and skill level whenever possible

• Participants are welcome to attend any available session throughout the week

Each participant is allowed up to 3 hours of training per week — making each session less than $20 per workout!

Every session is unique and will be run at the discretion of the trainer. Training plans, drills, and workout intensity may vary daily depending on age group, skill level, and player development goals. Please review our monthly calendar regularly to plan your sessions accordingly.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOCUS:

Players will work on a variety of basketball skills throughout the summer, including:

• Ball Handling

• Shooting Mechanics

• Finishing

• Footwork

• Defense

• Basketball IQ

• Speed & Agility

• Competitive Gameplay

Skill emphasis and training structure will vary depending on the age group and trainer leading the session.

TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Participants may also have opportunities to compete in AAU tournaments throughout the summer. Tournament participation is optional and will require an additional fee ranging from $50–$100 per event.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Monthly payment is due at the time of registration. Players who have not completed payment prior to entering the gym will not be permitted to participate in training sessions.
